Prayer and Worship Resources

“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful” (Colossians 4:2)

St. Francis de Sales wrote, “Everyone of us needs half an hour of prayer each day, except when we are busy - then we need an hour.” Indeed! The hurried pace of everyday life often leaves us feeling as though we have no time for prayer and worship, when in fact it is communion with Christ through prayer and worship which is most necessary in our busy, daily lives. The resources provided on this page are a means to help us slow the hurried pace of this life, to the end that our hearts and minds may seek things eternal, and that we may find true rest in a personal union with the God of Heaven and Earth.

Other features related to daily prayer, the liturgical year, and reference materials have been developed and added over time. is a place to come and pray, and to find answers to questions about the 1928 BCP.
